Purpose: To evaluate a novel monoenergetic reconstruction algorithm (nMERA) with improved noise reduction for dual-energy CT (DECT) of pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Materials and methods: Sixty patients with suspected pancreatic carcinoma underwent dual-source dual-energy CT with arterial phase.
